Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You contact us within 1 days of receiving the product.

• Proof of issue is provided (photo/video). (contact at: rashenim2@gmail.com)

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Because we work with third-party suppliers, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items without original issue.

• Pet-related hygiene items that have been opened.

3. Refund Process

 

Refunds are not allowed, as we work with third-party suppliers.

4. Order Cancellation

​

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase—after this, they may already be processed by the supplier.
