Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are sent directly from our suppliers, so processing times may vary slightly.


2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

    • Local: 5–10 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

  • These are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, weather, or courier issues.


3. Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Some suppliers may take a few days to update tracking numbers.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location.

  • We do not offer free shipping unless specifically stated on the product page.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries.

  • No replacements or refunds will be issued for these cases.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, we may offer a replacement only if confirmed/allowed by the supplier.

  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 1 hour of delivery (see Return & Replacement Policy).


7. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
