1. Introduction

Welcome to Pet Waverly. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.


2. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and processing by our suppliers.

  • Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled (see our Order Cancellation Policy).


3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees, (LKR, and can be converted to your preffered currency, but LKR will be used for purchases at checkout) and include product cost + applicable fees.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed at the time of checkout.


4. Shipping

  • Estimated delivery times are provided on the website but may vary due to supplier or courier delays.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we cannot reroute orders after placement.


5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

  • Refunds are not available.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with photo/video evidence.

  • Approved claims will be handled with a replacement only.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

  • Inspect orders promptly upon delivery to report any issues within the stated 1-hour window.

  • Follow the replacement process as instructed by customer support.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by:

    • Incorrect delivery address

    • Missed deliveries

    • Products used incorrectly


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logos, and branding on this website are owned by Pet Waverly.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without written permission.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

  • Any disputes must be resolved under applicable local laws.


10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
